Clemson Blue Cheese

Clemson University's renowned Blue Cheese is a tasty classic of the South. Produced year round on campus at Newman Hall  and aged in replicated cooler rooms similar to the conditions of those in Stumphouse Tunnel back in 1941, the artisan Blue Cheese is still crafted by hand and continues to make its way into the hearts of cheese connoisseurs for over 78 years. 

Currently, Clemson Blue Cheese can be purchased on campus, and online. It is also available at local markets, distributed regionally to food service organizations, and is served in many top restaurants in Pickens County. It is and continues to be, a southern tradition at its best!
